Take advantage of the professional skills workshops offered, visit our health centre or make use of subject area Librarians at the University of Lethbridge Library.

Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (PDA) | PDA is reponsible for coordinating postdoctoral affairs on campus. Contact PDA if you have questions about campus or for more information on the appointment/extension process.

University of Lethbridge Postdoctoral Fellows Association (ULPA) | The ULPA represents postdoctoral fellows (PDFs) on the uLethbridge campus. Working closely with PDA, the executive council convenes monthly, allowing ULPA members to discuss concerns and brainstorm ideas to create positive changes and outcomes.

Health & Wellness Services | As of November 1, 2017 Postdoctoral Fellows will have access to Employee and Family Assistance Programs (EFAP). These valuable services are provided through the Human Resources Wellness and Recognition Department. EFAP is a confidential resource provided to help faculty, staff and family members (who are under a university benefit plan) enhance their personal and workplace functioning. Security Services | Security Services is on campus and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and responsible for protecting your personal security and the University’s physical resources. They provide a Safe Walk program and a Working Alone program to enhance the personal safety of faculty, staff, postdoctoral fellows and students working in the evening or outside normal working hours. Library | Learn more about your borrowing priviledges, helpful resources, and meet our subject area librarians who are happy to assist you with your research needs. Sign up for a general library tour to learn about the services offered or browse the collection and extensive online databases by visiting the Library website.

Sport & Recreation Services | Learn more about your ONE pass membership options for postdoctoral fellows, drop-in classes or register for on-campus sport and recreation programs by visiting the Sport & Recreation Services website.

IT Services | Have a question about your postdoctoral fellows ID card or email set up? Contact IT Services and let their team troubleshoot for you. At the U of L, IT Services strives to use technology effectively "to facilitate and enhance, not supplant, learning and research relationships among students, faculty members, and other university stakeholders."

Teaching Centre | The Teaching Centre offers workshops for postdoctoral fellows on topics such as lesson planning, assessment of student learning, learning styles, classroom management, questioning strategies, professional relations with students and self-assessment.

Housing | New to Lethbridge? Check out the University of Lethbridge Off-Campus Housing Listings for local accomodations. For short term stays the University of lethbridge Lux Hotel offers full hotel service accommodations between the months of May-August. We also offer four year-round executive suites for guests associated with the University (only available by calling their office).

University Athletics | Join the herd! Purchase an All Sport pass or buy game tickets online and support the uLethbridge Pronghorns. Stay up to date on the latest Pronghorn news and events by visiting or following them on social media.

On-Campus Daycare | Daycare facilities are on campus for uLethbridge students, faculty and staff who have children aged 12 months - 6 years. The brand new facilities are located near our residences in Aperture Park. Contact the Daycare: 403-332-4064.

Sexual Violence Policy & Website | The University of Lethbridge's policy on Sexual Violence was approved by the University Board of Governors in April 2016. It reinforces the University's commitment to university-wide activity aimed at awareness, education, resources and supports to members of the University community as it relates to all aspects of this issue.

Multi Faith Room| The Univeristy of Lethbridge Multi Faith Room (TH177) is available for use by individual members of the University community (valid ID required) for reasons associated with faith, meditation, or to spend time in quiet reflection. It is accommodating of all beliefs and religious affiliations. The Room is only available for individual, drop-in use and not for booking.
