The Naval Association of Canada- Calgary Branch is pleased to announce the Naval Captain Bill Wilson Scholarship. The scholarship is designed to encourage academic study of matters relating to maritime security a nd defense. It will be presented to the winning recipient in the Spring of 2024. A $2,500 scholarship will be awarded to a Canadian student who is applying to, or is enrolled in a Masters or Doctorate program in History and/ or Strategic studies for the academic year 2023/2024.

Eligibility:
Applicants must:
- Be enrolled at an accredited university or college at a graduate level
- Be a part time or full time student for the school year 2023/2024
- Demonstrate an interest in pursuing a degree related to history or security
- Have a minimum grade point average of GPA of 3.0
- Be a Canadian citizen
