Graduate Program Office contact information

Use the SGS Portal to find the correct Graduate Program Office contact information for each graduate program if you are a:

  • newly admitted student who has accepted an offer of admission;
  • student currently registered in a ULethbridge graduate program;
  • ULethbridge faculty member;
  • member of the School of the Graduate Studies; or a
  • Ulethbridge staff member.

Your Graduate Program Office will be able provide support and advice related to:

About postdoctoral fellows, visiting researchers, and foreign nationals

Postdoctoral fellows are appointed to positions, primarily as research employees engaged in a period of mentored advanced training, which allows them to conduct research after the completion of their doctoral studies and transition from students to independent scholars.  

GSA website

The GSA provides representation, support, and advocacy to all ULethbridge graduate students. They aim to provide well-rounded support, including financial support through awards and bursaries, mental health support, social events, and an annual multidisciplinary conference for the dissemination of graduate student work on campus.
