Any University sanctioned event hosted on or off campus where alcohol is being served and/or which is using University funds for the purchase of alcohol to be served requires compliance with the University Alcohol Policy and completion of the online alcohol application form .
Once the form is submitted it is directed to Campus Safety, Insurance & Risk Services for review, appropriate licensing, communication with AGLC if required, approvals and notifications to stakeholders. Please be sure to complete all the requisite information including the date, time, location and description of the event.
