About the Program
Experience the rich culture of Lyon, the gastronomical capital of France - attend a music festival in an ancient Roman theatre, visit Lyon's lively bars and restaurants, tour historical sites, and meet students from around the world! You will also work on a business case for a real corporate company, giving you valuable international experience for your resume while experiencing student life in Lyon.
There are no classes on Bastille Day long weekend, so you can choose to travel to Paris, the French Riveria, Switzerland or major European cities all located less than 2 hours away from Lyon!
Cost
Included in Program Fee
The fee of €2,800 (approx. CAD 4,150) for 2023 includes lectures, accommodations, and activities/field trips.
Not Included in Program Fee
The program fee does not include U of L tuition for the course, travel between Canada and France, or other living/personal expenses such as food.
Global Skills Opportunity Funding
Domestic undergraduate students who participate in this summer program will receive up to $5,000 through the Global Skills Opportunity Award.
Target students: up to $5,000
All other eligible students: up to $1,500
