Each year the Faculty of Fine Arts brings over 200 visiting artists, scholars, and professionals on campus to lecture, visit with students, perform, host workshops, collaborate with faculty or jury.

Crossing Boundaries Symposium

This symposium occurs in October and showcases the diversity and interdisciplinary nature of the professional creative world.  


Encompasses presentations by artists, curators, critics, art historians, filmmakers, and gallerists, as well as performance events. A course that is also open to the public - everyone is welcome.

Architecture & Design NOW

Presentations involve contemporary architecture, landscape architecture, urbanism, planning, and various design disciplines, including product design, furniture, interiors, fashion, graphic and digital design, and craft. A course that is open to the public - everyone welcome.

Music at Noon

Free weekly concerts by University of Lethbridge Music faculty and visiting performers. Music students are featured in Studio Showcase, the final recital of each semester.  A course where the performances are open to the public - everyone is welcome.
