Artist's rendition of Aperture Park Residences
Initiated in early 2011, a fast-paced consultant led planning process occured to develop a functional (outline) program of space in planning for a new student residence building south of Aperture.
The cranes to help build a 259-bed, 9,800 sq. metre housing facility went up spring 2012 and the new residence is scheduled to open late summer, 2013.
