Aboriginal Health
This unique program, which includes a practicum experience, examines the factors that contribute to Aboriginal Health, strength, and resilience in Canada.
Addictions Counselling
Students develop the practical skills to guide individuals, families, and groups through the addiction recovery process.

The Faculty of Health Sciences offers a variety of distinct degree programs

Bachelor of Nursing
Graduates of the nursing program will be eligible to write the Canadian licensure examination to become Registered Nurses (RNs).
Nursing (After Degree)
The Bachelor of Nursing After Degree program is offered over six consecutive terms (23 months) at Lethbridge College and the U of L.
Therapeutic Recreation
Graduates of this program will be prepared to write the NCTRC exam to become Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists.
Public Health
(40-course program)

The core of Public Health is to take steps to promote and protect health, and to prevent chronic and infectious disease before it occurs.
Public Health

This program is offered at both the Calgary and Lethbridge campuses to individuals with health-related diplomas.
Public Health

This program combines public health theory and practice with practical managerial skills at an undergraduate level
Master of Science
The M.Sc. program in the Faculty of Health Sciences offers majors in Health Sciences, Addictions Counselling, and Nursing.
Master of Nursing
The Master of Nursing program offers blended delivery of courses with the option of completing either thesis or project.
The PhD program in Population Studies in Health is interdisciplinary in nature and it is offered collaboratively.
