Counselling Services

Counselling Services offers counselling at no cost to students.

Individual counselling is confidential and can help students with a variety of personal issues including: adjusting to university life, anxiety, disordered eating, relationship issues or if you just need a friendly ear. We are here to support you.

We have a great team of professional counsellors. All our counsellors have a minimum of a master's level degree from the field of psychology and clinical social work, are registered with a professional organization and are pursuing or have completed additional qualifications.
