Faculty of Management

The Faculty of Management offers semester-long student exchanges in 22 countries, numerous short-term summer exchanges and administers the work study program in Malaysia. Exchange opportunities are available to all U of L students, not only those in Management.  Before applying to go on exchange, please see your academic advisor to see what exchange courses best fit into your program.

Our International Program provides students with opportunities to become managers who are ethical and culturally aware and can manage change and cultural diversity in the workplace. Students can:

• Apply their business knowledge
• Gain practical experience working in a culturally-challenging environment
• Gain diverse cross-cultural experiences
• Apply and strengthen their conceptual, analytic, and linguistic skills

As an added benefit, completing a full-semester exchange will allow you to fulfil all but one course requirement for an International Management minor. Please discuss this option with your academic advisor.
