Going through Security this morning was quite an event. On entering the airport to fly British Airways we were screened. Then, after getting our boarding pass they hand checked our large bags. They were ticketed and sent off and we soon found ourselves screened again and put in a room with only one other door. When we left by that door we were screened again and all our carry-on hand luggage checked. Guards were around the plane as we were loading and an armed truck followed us as we taxied out to the main runway. At this point since the plane was only about a quarter full we were wondering if others knew something that we didn't.
