All full time students are automatically registered on the ULSU health and dental benefits. Students with alternate insurance benefits may opt-out of the ULSU coverage. Spring opt out is only for new students or students upgrading from part time to full time status, if you were a full time student in the Fall you are not elligible for Spring opt out.
To opt out students must complete the online opt out form and provide proof of other coverage. The online opt out form is located on the Bridge, under the ROSS tab or at this link: www.uleth.ca/bridge/twgkwbis.P_WWWLogin
THE OPT-OUT DEADLINE IS JANUARY 22, 2016.
