FOR NEWLY REGISTERED STUDENTS OR STUDENTS UPGRADING FROM PART TIME TO FULL-TIME STATUS
All full-time students are automatically registered on the ULSU health and dental benefits. Students with alternate insurance benefits may opt-out of the ULSU coverage. Spring opt-out is only for new students or students upgrading from part-time to full-time status, if you were a full-time student in the Fall you are not eligible for Spring opt-out.
To opt out students must complete the online opt-out form and provide proof of other coverage. The online opt-out form is located on the Bridge, under the ROSS tab or at this link: www.uleth.ca/bridge/twgkwbis.P_WWWLogin
THE OPT-OUT DEADLINE IS JANUARY 19, 2017.
Part-time students and students dependents may add onto the ULSU benefits at the SU office.
Those students on the benefit plan please pick up a benefit card and brochure at the Students’Union office, SU180.
