The University Information Management and Security Department is proud to present a new online information and security awareness program.

Many of you received emails over the last few days informing you of your enrollment in our new training program.  The University has purchased a subscription for full time faculty and staff to the online program provided by the company KnowBe4.  KnowBe4 is the world's most popular integrated platform for awareness training combined with simulated phishing attacks. There are more than 10,000 other customers worldwide who are using KnowBe4 to manage the continuing problem of social engineering, malware, ransomware, and other cyber attacks.

Training for full time staff is mandatory, and users will be given up to 30 days to complete the assigned courses.  It only takes an hour of your time, and can be completed in multiple sessions.  To log into KnowBe4 training

1.  Point your browser to https://www.knowbe4.com

2.  Click on the account login button and enter in your email address.  You will then be directed to the University's single sign in page where you will enter your credentials.

3.  Once logged in, you can click on the training link and access the material.

We welcome all feedback on the courses and hope you find value out of the time you spend in the material

Thanks,

Information Managment and Security Team
