Level 9 South Closure: Starting May 10

Beginning Friday, May 10, the Library will begin preparation for upgrading control and motor systems of compact shelving on level 9 south.

Please be aware of the following impacts:

MAIN COLLECTION ACCESS | Call Numbers ACs through MTs

The collection and study spaces on level 9 south will not be accessible by patrons.

Patrons can page/request materials via Summon or the classic catalogue from this area by selecting the “Request” button in an item’s record. Requests will be retrieved within one business day of submission. Click here for additional details about paging/requesting services.

Urgent requests for inaccessible materials in the area can be made in person at the Library Services Desk.

NOISE

Throughout the installation process, there may be additional noise associated with the work. Levels 10 and 11 will be least impacted by the work.

The project is expected to conclude Wednesday, May 29 and we apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
