The University of Lethbridge extends its sincere condolences to the family, friends and former colleagues of Robert Martin (Marty) Gadd, who passed away on Friday, Sept 8 at the age of 61.

Gadd was a longtime U of L employee in Facilities. He joined the U of L in 1989 as assistant superintendent of buildings. Gadd, who retired two years ago, was widely known on campus as he was involved in furnishings, repairs, maintenance work and managing projects.

A celebration of life will be held at the AA Chapter House, located on the corner of 10 Avenue and 17A Street South, on Saturday, Sept. 23 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.

The U of L will lower its flag on Saturday in honour of Gadd.
