Card Funds Loading

• PHIL Stations: All card loading stations will be disabled on Friday, June 28 at 3:20 p.m. and will be replaced with new devices on Tuesday, July 2 throughout the day.  High traffic areas will be replaced first, and all devices are expected to be operational by the end of the same business day.
• eAccount’s Online (Mycard Manager): The new ITC Online Deposit Site should be available by mid-day Tuesday, July 2.
• Cash Office: Deposits to Bridge Bucks accounts at the Cash Office should be available by end of day Tuesday, July 2.

Printing

• Equitrac (Bridge Bucks) Printing: Bridge Bucks will not be available for printing purposes while the Equitrac devices are being updated on Tuesday, July 2.  Departmental printing will not be impacted.  Bridge Bucks usage should be restored by the end of the same business day to all Equitrac devices.

Laundry

• All laundry devices will be switched over to the new system on Tuesday, July 2.  Bridge Bucks usage should be restored by the end of the same business day to all laundry devices.

Vending

• All vending machine Bridge Bucks readers will be replaced the week of July 2nd and the early part of the following week.  High traffic areas will be replaced first.  Cash purchases will still be available.  Bridge Bucks usage should be completely restored by Friday, July 12 to all vending devices.
