Call for Papers - Interdisciplinary Workshop on Protest and Civil Disobedience

On March 29, 2019 the University of Lethbridge will hold a one-day, interdisciplinary workshop on the topics of protest and civil disobedience. This will be held in conjunction with the visit of Dr. Candice Delmas (Northeastern University) as she launches her book A Duty to Resist. The workshop will showcase research and initiatives of Lethbridge faculty and students on this topic made pressing by the current political climate.

Individuals who are studying civil disobedience, protest, resistance or related topics and who are interested in presenting are invited to submit an abstract (~350 words) and a short bio (~150 words) by October 15, 2018 to katharina.stevens@uleth.ca.
