2015-16 Revised Student Fees

This notice is from the archives of The Notice Board. Information contained in this notice was accurate at the time of publication but may no longer be so.

In June 2015, the Provincial Government announced Bill 3, the proposed interim supply bill that proposed a freeze to tuition at the 2014-15 levels, as well as the elimination of market modifiers.

In July 2015, the University received clarification from the Government on the details of the fees to be frozen.  The revised eligible tuition and mandatory fees for 2015-16 have now been approved by the Board of Governors and have been adjusted on the Summer 2015 fee assessments.  Adjustments can be viewed on the Bridge Account Summary page.

Any credits that have been calculated on the student account as a result of the fee changes can be applied to a future term, or refunded directly to the student by contacting the Cash Office in Anderson Hall.  Information regarding refunds can be found at the link below.

Please note:  Fall 2015 registration fee assessments on your Bridge account may be higher than the actual amounts you will be charged.   The University is working diligently to have all Fall 2015 registration fee assessments adjusted to the revised rates before the last day in August.  These amounts will be processed and assessed to student accounts by the first day of classes in September.

Fee schedules posted are also being updated and will be revised before the end of August 2015.
