Your Take Ten:Make Movement Fun program will be hosting a free yoga session for students who want to explore how they can make movement fun. You are personally invited to drop by PE 255 on Wednesday February 10, 2016 from 9am to 10:30 to see how 10 minutes of yoga can affect your day.
