Kristin Ailsby BA '96
As a successful entrepreneur, engaged volunteer, respected advocate and effective educator, Kristin Ailsby is an inspiration to alumni and future alumni. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts at uLethbridge, she went on to the University of Alberta to complete a Master of Arts in the Sociology of Law and a Bachelor of Laws. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2003. Ailsby is an accredited mediator, collaborative lawyer and experienced litigator, having advocated for clients at the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal. She founded her own firm, Clarity Law, in March of 2016. She has received many provincial awards and distinctions, and currently serves her community as president of the Lethbridge Association of Collaborative Professionals and Chair of the Lethbridge College Board of Governors.
