Fitness Classes & Programs

Horns Recreation is proud to provide a wide variety of fitness and yoga programming to all students, staff, faculty, alumni and general public.

Our Fitness programs provide everyone the opportunity to participate in everything from TRX, Barre, Zumba, Advanced Conditioning and Yoga.

Getting Started

Fitness programs are now included with your ONE Pass Membership.  Registration for fitness classes is performed through MindBody. If you've never registered for a fitness class before, contact us and we'll activate your MindBody account. This will let you register for classes conveniently online.

Try your first fitness class for free! Register for a complimentary single class to see if our classes are for you. If you don't have a membership, we offer a drop-in rate to attend future fitness classes as well.

Specialty Courses

We offer a selection of specialty courses during the semester. These courses can ONLY be booked online, and include:

  • Therapeutic Yoga
  • Yoga for Active Boomers
  • Walking to Wellness
  • Fitball for Active Boomers
  • Yoga for Anxiety
  • Strength & Core for Active Boomers
