Transcripts

Important items to note:

  • The student's consent is always required before an Official Academic Transcript can be released.
  • Official transcripts are sent directly between institutions.
  • The charge for official transcripts is $10 per copy.
  • WIth each transcript request, an official digital transcript will be uploaded to the secure MyCreds digital wallet. Learn more here
  • Official paper transcripts are sent by regular mail. An additional charge will apply for any other method of delivery (e.g. fax, courier).
  • If you owe any fees to the University (including library fees), transcripts will not be released.

Requesting Official Academic Transcripts

The Bridge

  1. Login to the Bridge
  2. Select 'Student' from the top menu
  3. Select 'Student Records'
  4. Select 'Request Official Transcript'
  5. You will arrive the 'Transcript Request Address' page where you can fill in the desired mailing address, complete your request and pay

Mail

By sending a letter, which must include:

  • the destination address (where you want the paper transcript sent).
  • your current address and telephone number, in case we need to contact you.
  • clear identification (i.e., ID number, full name under which you attended, birth date).
  • your signature.

By printing the Transcript Request Form, and mailing it to us.

Fill out the Transcript Request Form and email it to transcripts@uleth.ca.

Registrar's Office

Drop in at the Registrar's Office (SU140) and complete the Transcript Request Form.
