UofL Post-Diploma Degree Bachelor of Management - (seven eligible majors)
Minimum diploma GPA (on a 4.0 scale) required for admission to UofL Competitive. Guaranteed admission with a diploma GPA or 3.00 or higher. Applicants with a diploma GPA below 3.00 may be admitted in the second round of admissions.
Other Applicants may gain admission to the competitive Post- Diploma Bachelor of Management degree program by completing an approved diploma in business administration or management no more than eight years prior to admission, with a cumulative program grade point average (GPA) at or above the current admission cut-off and not less than 2.00 (on the University of Lethbridge 4.00 scale). Admission is guaranteed to applicants who have completed an approved diploma with a GPA of 3.00 or higher (on the University of Lethbridge 4.00 scale). Admissible applicants with approved diplomas more than eight years old, may be admitted to the 25-course Post-Diploma Bachelor of Management program and after accepting their offer, may be re-evaluated based upon the submission of their recent work experience.

The Post-Diploma program is available in the following majors: Accounting; Finance; General Management; Human Resource Management and Labour Relations; Indigenous Governance and Business Management, International Management; and Marketing. Students admitted to the Post-Diploma program are also eligible for participation in the Management Co-operative Education program.
Special Criteria/Circumstances Students must complete ACCT 220 (Managerial Accounting), ECON 186 (Microeconomics), ECON 187 (Macroeconomics), MARK 166 (Introduction to Marketing) and MARK 265 (Marketing Management) at NAIT OR MGT 2400 (Managerial Accounting), ECON 1010 (Introduction to Microeconomics), ECON 1012 (Introduction to Macroeconomics), and MGT 3020 (Marketing) at UofL. Students are strongly encouraged to complete the courses at NAIT. If the courses are taken at the UofL they will be extra to the program; however when the program allows the courses can be incorporated. Students must also complete MGT 3080 (Managerial Skill Development) at UofL. Typically this course will be extra to the program; depending on elective availability in the chosen major it may be counted as a Management elective.
