The Accommodated Learning Centre maintains set policies and procedures regarding exam booking and exam writing protocols.
You must sign the ALC policy form EVERY SEMESTER. If you have not signed an ALC Fall 2020 Policy Form for Fall 2020 semester, please contact email@example.com to obtain a copy of the Policy form. The Policy form must be completed prior to accommodations being put into place. This includes all in-class, out-of-class, and exam accommodations.
Signing the form will also give us permission to notify your Professors that you are registered with our office.
