ALC Policy Forms will be sent out via DocuSign for Summer Sessions - Full Term, I, II, II/III, and III
  • An email will be sent out to all registered ALC students registered for Summer Sessions on Friday, April 23, 2021. Please stay tuned for details and important information.

The Accommodated Learning Centre maintains set policies and procedures regarding exam booking and exam writing protocols.

You must sign the ALC policy form EVERY SEMESTER. 

The Policy Form must be completed prior to accommodations being put into place. This includes all in-class, out-of-class, and exam accommodations. 

Signing the form will also give us permission to notify your Professors/Instructors that you are registered with our office in the form of a Letter of Accommodation.
