If you photograph, video tape and/or audio record others and intend to use the photo, audio or video recording in realtion to University business the University generally requires that permission and authorization to do so are in order.
Th Privacy Office provides oversight and direction relating to use of the University's consent form and the faculty/department is responsible for managing the form and its alloted permissions once complete. The signed form must additionally be retained in accordance with the University’s Record Retention Policy.
