Contract Risk Management

In concert with the University’s Office of General Counsel the department of Campus Safety, Insurance & Risk Services reviews the insurance requirements, hold harmless and indemnification provisions contained in any contract, lease or waiver document.

Careful review of contracts and agreements is important to ensure that the University is not attracting unacceptable risk.

Please note that all contracts requiring insurance provision review must be routed through the Office of General Counsel in accordance with the University’s Legal Agreement and Contract Review Process.
