Troubleshooting

  • If copier (multifunctional device) is not performing to your expectations
  • All department Canon MFD’s are covered under a service agreement with Ricoh

Toner

  • Each copier (multifunctional device) should have a replacement toner cartridge on hand
  • When a replacement is made
    • Place the empty toner cartridge in the toner box
    • Check the “used” box on the yellow label
    • Return it to the Copy Centre through the campus mail
    • A replacement toner will be provided
