Troubleshooting
- If copier (multifunctional device) is not performing to your expectations
- All department Canon MFD’s are covered under a service agreement with Ricoh
- Fill out Service Request form
- Must provide Equipment ID Number; located on the front of the copier (multifunctional device)
- Fill out Service Request form
Toner
- Each copier (multifunctional device) should have a replacement toner cartridge on hand
- When a replacement is made
- Place the empty toner cartridge in the toner box
- Check the “used” box on the yellow label
- Return it to the Copy Centre through the campus mail
- A replacement toner will be provided
