If you are a newly registered full-time student or upgrading from part-time to full-time, you will automatically be registered in the ULSU Health & Dental benefits program for the Spring 2021 semester. You are eligible to OPT-OUT if you have alternate insurance coverage. To opt-out you must complete the online Health & Dental Opt-out Form on the Bridge, under your Student tab.
THE SPRING OPT-OUT DEADLINE IS JANAURY 22, 2021
Students who attended the fall semester with full-time status are not eligible to opt-out for the spring semester.
Part-time students or students with family may add onto the benefits. Contact Shelley at su.health@uleth.ca for add-on information. For plan information, please check out the Students' Union website.
