If you are a newly registered fulltime student or upgrading from part-time to full-time you will automatically be registered on the ULSU Health & Dental benefits for the Spring 2019 semester. You are eligible to OPT-OUT if you have alternate insurance coverage. To opt-out you must complete the online Health & Dental Opt-out Form on the Bridge, under the Student tab.
THE SPRING OPT-OUT DEADLINE IS JANAURY 18, 2019.
Students who attended the Fall semester with full-time status are not eligible to opt-out for Spring semester.
Part time students or students with family may add onto the benefits at the Students' Union office, SU180. For plan information please check out the Students' Union website at ulsu.ca
