The ULSU health and dental benefits are charged to all full time students ( 3 classes or more), if you have alternate insurance benefits you are eligible to opt out of the benefits. If you were a student registered in September you are not eligible to opt out of the ULSU benefits in Janaury. THE OPT OUT DEADLINE IS JANUARY 17, 2020.
To opt out you will have to complete the online opt out form located on the Bridge on your Student account. You will need to provide the name and policy number of your insurance provider.
If you are retaining the benefits please stop by the Students' Union office, Su180 to pick up a benefit card and brochure. If you have any questions please contact SHelley at su.health@uleth.ca or 403-329-2039.
