Tutoring Services is Hiring

The Student Success Centre is looking for tutors to start immediately for the following courses: 

  • AGST 1000 (The Evolution of Agriculture)
  • BIO 2200 (Principles of Ecology)
  • CHEM 2500 (Organic Chemistry I)
  • HLSC 2400 (Medical Microbiology)
  • KNES 2650 (Functional Biomechanics)
  • NAS 1000 (Introduction to Native American Studies)
  • PSYC 1000 (Basic Concepts of Psychology)
  • PSYC 2030 (Methods and Statistics)
  • PSYC 2700 (Behaviour and Evolution)
  • PUBH 1000 (Introduction to Public Health)

The role of the tutor is to assist U of L students - on all campuses - in their academic development through regular study sessions that focus on increasing the understanding of concepts in a specific course. Tutoring may occur individually or in a small group setting. Sessions take place on campus during predetermined times where both the tutor and student(s) are available. The time commitment is one hour a week for each student that you are matched with.

To qualify, you must be currently enrolled at the University of Lethbridge and have achieved a grade of B+ or greater in the course(s) you wish to tutor.
