Starting very soon, construction will begin on a temporary parking lot that will provide additional parking for the up to 300+ wokers involved in the construction of the Destination Project's Science & Academic Building.
This lot will constructed north of CCBN and west of Lot N. The actual work will take about a week.
Additionally top soil and dirt, that will be used to backfill the building as it nears completion, will also be stored in this area. This will create a temporary " mountain " of dirt that will be there for about 2 years.
As the project nears completion both the mountain of dirt and the temporary parking will be removed and restored to the natural state.
