Job Opportunity: Student Caller

The position of student caller supports the goals of the University’s Development office and the annual giving programs. Responsibilities involve calling U of L alumni to:

  • Update their alumni records
  • Share news about the University
  • Ask them to donate to the U of L

If you are a current U of L student enthusiastic about your university, this is a great opportunity to share that enthusiasm and enhance your skill set for your future career. Apply today if you:

  • Are detail oriented and can record information accurately

Starting Wage: $13.60/hour.

Hours: The term of the position will be approximately from October 10 – December 10, 2017. Calling shifts are Monday – Thursday 5:00-9:00 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday 12:30-4:30 p.m. Successful applicants are required to work at least 2 shifts (8 hours) per week. Additional shifts may be available depending on student’s individual schedule and performance. 

Location: The University of Lethbridge Call Centre is located off campus, on the second floor of the Penny Building (324-5th Street South).

Training & Orientation: Successful applicants are required to attend orientation and training on September 30 and October 1, 2017.
