As part of our regular structural monitoring, engineers will be surveying columns in University Hall from August 7th to August 9th. The surveyors will be taking measurements in offices, classrooms, common spaces, labs and hallways on the east and west edges of the building on levels 6 and 8. Facilities staff will be accompanying the surveyors and may need to move small items of furniture to enable the surveyors to set up their equipment. The surveyors will only need to spend a few minutes in each location.
