Send your transitory material to be shredded!

This notice is from the archives of The Notice Board. Information contained in this notice was accurate at the time of publication but may no longer be so.

Lethbridge Mobile Shredding will be on campus on Monday, January 20, 2020. If you have any student work that is from Fall 2018 or earlier, or if you have any transitory records that you need to clear out of your office, send them to Records Management (L1006) by Friday, January 17 for secure destruction. Please attach either a completed student work shredding form or a transitory records shredding form.

If you need boxes or have questions, call ext. 2750 or email records@uleth.ca.

Records Management offers secure shredding services for transitory and non-record material, as well as storage and secure shredding of student work. Almost any material can be shredded, including electronic storage media (hard drives, CD-ROM, etc.) and nametags. We’re happy to help you figure out what can and can’t be shredded. Shredding is done by Lethbridge Mobile Shredding and witnessed by Records Management staff.

Have other records cluttering your space?

Records Management also offers storage of semi-active University records and more recent student work.
