The following opportunities are available. Please note, each scholarship/award has specific criteria very briefly summarized below. See each application for all details.
NEW: Jason Lang Scholarship (Alberta Scholarship Program): $1,000.00 - application now required - deadline is November 12, 2019.
This is for continuing UofL students, Alberta residents, minimum of 3.20 GPA on a minimum of 24.0 credit hours in previous Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 terms. Must be currently full-time enrolled.
Métis Scholar Awards: minimum $2,500 – deadline is October 31, 2019.
Do you identify as a Canadian Métis? Are you currently involved with the Métis community? This award is available for undergraduate and graduate students.
Bill and Elsa Cade Student of the Year Award: minimum $1,000 – deadline is November 1, 2019.
Do you have exceptional leadership skills? Are you committed to your fellow students and community? This award is available for undergraduate students.
Cor Van Raay Agility Award: $1,500 – deadline is November 1, 2019.
Are you currently involved in agricultural activities or do you have an interest in innovation and/or entrepreneurship in agriculture or agribusiness? Do you have a proposal for an entrepreneurial endeavour or innovative development in agriculture or agribusiness? This award is available for second-year undergraduate students.
John Gill Memorial Award: minimum $1,500 - deadline is November 1, 2019.
Do you have exceptional leadership skills? Are you involved with the University of Lethbridge community? This award is available for third- and fourth-year undergraduate students.
