Research participants needed for an exercise training study

We are looking for healthy individuals (aged 18-40 years) who are not not currently doing more than 150 min of physical activity/week and are interested in increasing their activity and improving their fitness!

Participants will complete 4 weeks of supervised exercise training, 3 x per week, that will include 2 different types of exercise:

  1. High intensity interval training bout (3 bouts of 20-seconds of “all-out” efforts on a cycle followed by 2 min of active recovery)
  2. Moderate intensity continuous bout (30 min continuous cycling)
