Remembering lives lost on Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS752

This notice is from the archives of The Notice Board. Information contained in this notice was accurate at the time of publication but may no longer be so.

A year ago today, the world was shocked and saddened by the downing of Ukraine International Airlines Flight PS752 and the loss of all 176 passengers and crew, 57 of whom were Canadians.

It is important to remember the victims of this tragedy, some who were members of Canada’s post-secondary community, and to stand with the families, friends and colleagues of those who perished to show they are not alone in their grief and we will never forget.

The legacy of those who were lost will endure through our collective recognition of their contributions to societies throughout the world, including the global post-secondary community of which we are all a part. They are forever in our thoughts.
