Piikani House Construction Progressing

This notice is from the archives of The Notice Board. Information contained in this notice was accurate at the time of publication but may no longer be so.

Construction is progressing well on the replacement of the Piikani House Exterior Cladding System.  Demolition of the existing exterior is almost complete and new spray foam insulation, exterior board and window are being installed.  Installation of the new sheathing membrane and cladding system will begin shortly.  Scaffold will begin to be removed from the far east end of the site (nearest to Kainai House) as the cladding is completed.

Piikani House is a closed construction site, and will remain so until the project is fully complete, expected to be in April 2017.  Ellis Don Construction have arranged for 24 hour security patrols to ensure that the site remains secure outside of work hours.  Please obey all signage and construction fencing around the edge of the site.  Where pathways have been moved, temporary pathways and signage guide pedestrians to their destination.
