The recent rapid snow melt, and resulting water leaking into the tunnel has now subsided.
As of Wednesday morning, the tunnel is now open.

The pedestrian tunnel linking the Centre for Sport and Wellness and the University Library is closed until further notice.
This closure is precautionary due to the increase of water leaking into the tunnel from warmer temperatures and rapid snow melt. Please obey closure barricades and signage that bypasses traffic around the tunnel.
Further updates will be provided when appropriate.
