Due to a payroll system upgrade set to take place on October 26, 2018 the pay period processing time for October 2018 will need to be shortened to accommodate processing requirements. Please have all hourly timesheets submitted to your supervisor no later than 11 p.m. on Thursday, October 18. You may need to estimate your hours worked up to October 21, or a manual timesheet can be submitted to be paid on the November 15th payroll. Late timesheet submissions may not be accommodated due to extremely tight deadlines and processing requirements.
Approvers are asked to approve timesheets no later than 11 p.m. on Friday, October 19.
