What is this notice about?

The entire Equitrac/Follow-You campus print platform will be unavailable on Thursday, November 14 while it is upgraded to the most current release.

Why is this happening?

In addition to providing enhanced print management capabilities, this upgrade will also add a supported 64-bit print client for Mac OS X 10.15 Catalina. This timeframe was selected to minimize the impact this will have on campus printing, particularly for students during the fall semester break.

How will this affect me?

All Ricoh multi-function devices on campus will be unavailable during this downtime, as logins will also be disabled. This includes printing, copying and scanning. Please ensure you plan around this downtime for any printing/scanning needs. Departmental printing that uses different devices will NOT be impacted.
