Fire Alarm Speaker Tests are conducted monthly to ensure that the fire alarm speakers are working as expected. Fire Alarm Speakers are also one of the platforms in which the U of L delivers emergency messaging if necessary, so it is critical that we continue to test our systems to ensure, as much as possible, that emergency messaging can be delivered when needed.
Get the details of the test in your facility here, be prepared, and assist Campus Safety by informing your CIRT member or Emergency Preparedness Coordinator with issues you detect during the test.
