Fire alarm speaker testing for the new system being installed in the Wellness Centre will take place on August 22nd. Sounding of test tones and broadcasting of test voice messages will be undertaken in CSW between 5am and 9am on Tuesday (August 22nd) to limit the impact on building users. During this testing it will be indicated by voice message that this is a test and no action needs to be taken. Users should expect the testing to be loud and continuous during this time period.
In the event of an actual emergency, building users will be told to evacuate by an announcement over the speakers.
