What is a grad check and when/why do I need one?

An Academic Advisor will check to ensure all degree requirements have been met for graduation purposes. You should request a grad check as soon as you have completed your initial registration for Summer 2016 and ideally by April 1, 2016.

Why do I need a grad check so early?

It will take some time to complete your grad check and you may need to make changes to your Summer 2016 registration.  As courses fill up quickly, the earlier you are aware of any registration changes that neeed to be made, the better.

How do I get a grad check?

Please submit a Graduation Check form available through your Faculty of Management campus advising office.

When should I apply for graduation?

Please note that a grad check is not an application for graduation. You still must apply to graduate through The Bridge by August 1, 2016 for Fall (October) 2016 convocation.  Please see Graduate Information website for more information.
