Call for Articles
The Teaching Centre is pleased to announce our open call for articles for our annually published, peer-reviewed magazine "A Light on Teaching".
As the UofL explores its 50th year as an academic institution, it is a time to reflect on the last 50 years and what the next 50 years will bring. This is an open call for submissions, but we encourage you to consider "50 years of teaching" in your articles.
Types of Articles
1. Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) articles that focus on scholarly inquiry into teaching and learning at the post-secondary level.
Recommended length
approx. 4000 words
2. Reflection and opinion articles that explore teaching and learning in higher education.
Recommended length
Long article: approx. 4000 words
Short article: approx. 2000 words

All completed articles must be submitted via email by
4:30 pm - Friday, June 16th, 2017
