Dear Students,

As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 situation, I want to share the following information with you.

Restricted Access to Campus

As the situation continues to progress, we acknowledge our obligation to be part of widespread public health efforts by limiting access to campus as much as possible.

Therefore, only those students who live on campus or who are in need of the specified study spaces in Anderson Hall to utilize U of L wi-fi or technology, should be on campus. All other study spaces will be closed and computer stations disabled. Science Commons will only be accessible to those with card access.

Also, all University of Lethbridge events, both on-campus and off-campus, are cancelled until further notice.

U of L Health Centre remains open (NO WALK-INS)

On-campus care for University of Lethbridge students continues. The U of L Health Centre remains open, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with physicians and a nurse practitioner available to support students.

The Health Centre is not currently taking walk-ins.

All visits will be by appointment. Please do not come to the clinic to make an appointment. To make an appointment, please call the Health Centre at 403-329-2484 or email at health.centre@uleth.ca. If you are unable to reach a receptionist please leave a voicemail and you will receive a call back. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms complete the self-assessment (https://myhealth.alberta.ca/journey/covid-19/Pages/COVID-Self-Assessment.aspx), and if needed, call the Health Link at 811.

For emergencies, please call 911 or visit the Emergency Department of the Chinook Regional Hospital.

Counselling Services remain available as well. All counselling sessions will be conducted via telephone or Zoom. To book an appointment call 403-317-2845 or email counselling.services@uleth.ca. Please do not come to the office to make an appointment.
