Beginning May 23rd and continuing through to mid-August 2017 contractors will be working throughout the Centre for Sport and Wellness and the Pool to upgrade the fire alarm system to a speaker based system that can be used for mass notification. At various time there will be hammer drilling and concrete coring to facilitate new conduit runs and speaker mounting. We aim to be as considerate as possible to the users in the spaces and will do our best to accommodate major events, however there will be times when contractors will need to work in labs, offices and classrooms to complete their work.
