We have listened to student feedback. For the upcoming academic year September 2018 – August 2019, student parking permits will be drawn through a lottery system.
To be eligible for the permit sale you need to be an admitted student at the University of Lethbridge by July 11, 2018 at 4 p.m.
Your offer of admission must be accepted and your tuition deposit received to be included in the lottery by July 11, 2018 at 4 p.m. Please take into consideration the expected delivery date of your tuition deposit, considering the length of time for mail delivery through Canada Post and online banking processing times.
All correspondence about the permit lottery will be sent to your student “@uleth.ca” email accounts. If you have not set up your uLethbridge account login and password, please do so now by visiting ulethbridge.ca/loginsetup
Eligible continuing and newly admitted students will enter the lottery through a customized email link from Campus Mobility Services (firstname.lastname@example.org), which will be sent on Monday, July 16, 2018.
You will have until Friday, July 20 at 12 p.m. to complete the lottery form, including your preferred parking lots ranked in order of preference. There is no advantage to submitting your requests earlier or later during the above period – every request submitted will have an equal chance of being granted a permit. The permit request form can only be submitted once.
If you do not receive an email with a link on July 16th, first check your Spam folder. If it isn’t there, contact email@example.com for assistance.
Students living in residence will apply for a parking permit during their Check-in through Housing Services.
